Hezekiah M. (Rich) Richardson
PresidentMr. Richardson provides overall technical and management leadership for company activities. He is a graduate of Florida A&M University (BS/BA in Mathematics and Chemistry). During his 26-year Army career, he attended Babson College (Massachusetts) and received a MBA degree. He also attended the Royal Military of Science in England and the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. His military education includes the Command and General Staff College and the Army War College. Hezekiah retired as an Army Colonel (06) after twenty-six years of results oriented success and accelerated advancement in progressively responsible research and development, project management, and field leadership positions. He is a member of NDIA and AFCEA.
Barbara Buehler Senzig
Vice President of Human ResourcesMs. Senzig implements human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, AA/EEO compliance. She manages human resources operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing staff job contributions; maintaining compensation; determining production, productivity, quality, and customer-service strategies; designing systems; accumulating resources; resolving problems; and implementing change. Ms. Senzig has over 23 years’ experience in Human Resources in both government contract and private industry. She has an Associate in Specialized Business Degree from Northeast Mississippi University. She holds a Senior Professional Human Resources certification.
VP of Contracts & FinanceMs. Peacher is responsible for managing critical finance and contractual formation and management and establishing and implementing the systems required for sound management of company and contract financial resources in adherence to both US government and DoD policies. She serves as primary interface with DCAA/DCMA for approval of corporate accounting and billing system and incurred cost submission reports. Ms. Peacher creates and maintains financial reporting and tracking systems providing data measurements on financial performance of project and project activities; prepares budgets and revenue plans for project programming and corporate reporting; serves as the company’s contact with the client on finance and administrative issues; and manages monthly timekeeping and contract invoicing. Ms. Peacher has over 15 years experience in government contract accounting, serving as Controller and Accounting Manager for several small companies. She also has many years experience as a consultant for Deltek GCS Premier. She has a B.S. in Finance from George Mason University.
Business Operations ManagerMs. Tracy Geiger provides overall technical and management leadership for company supported DoD programs. Ms. Geiger, as the Business Operations Manager, is overall manager and administrator for all contract efforts; serves as the primary interface and point of contact (POC) with Government program authorities and representatives on program / project and contract administration issues; organizes proposal development efforts; supervises program / project operation by developing management procedures and controls, planning and directing project execution, and monitoring and reporting progress; manage acquisition and employment of program / project resources; and manages and controls financial and administrative aspects of programs / projects with respect to contract requirements. Ms. Geiger is also responsible for improving operational efficiency in targeted areas such as customer engagement and marketing; formulating training and incentive plans, maintaining efficient team structure and performance through analytics, processes and tools; and working with the leadership team to develop plans to meet future needs. Ms. Geiger has over 25 years of experience in progressively more responsible positions within the private sector, defense industry and international marketplace. She has a BS in Management from Park University.
Senior ConsultantMr. Steve Coburn as a Senior Consultant provides a range of consultation services to executive leaders and senior management on the development and implementation of key strategies for creating and sustaining a high performing organization. He works (1) collaboratively at organization level to ensure business planning, performance monitoring and performance management processes inform and support each other and lead to continuous improvement of organizational performance; (2) closely with VP’s to plan and implement change projects and strategies which help realize the Vision, Mission and Strategic Plan of the Organization; (3) carries out organization assessments, makes recommendations for change, helps design new structures and jobs, and works to redesign management processes to meet quality standards. He establishes organization-wide processes that create organization health and employee satisfaction. Steve works closely with all VP’s to support the delivery of Program and Department Services; Liaises on a frequent basis with various levels of customer, government, and industry counterparts. Mr. Coburn has 34 years of government Aquisition, R&D, and Sustainment experience and over 12 years of A&AS contract management expertise. He has a B.S. and MS degree from Central Michigan University.
