HMRTECH provides total acquisition lifecycle support for all phases including Technology Development; Engineering and Manufacturing Development; Production and Deployment; and Operations and Support. Our skilled staff provides professional technical and management expertise to aircraft acquisition programs and are instrumental in the design, development, and delivery of dominant aerospace weapon systems and capabilities for the Air Force. Weapon system and trainer aircraft platforms supported include: B-1, B-2, C-5, C-17, C-130, CV-22, F- 15, F-16, F-22, F-117, KC-46 Tanker, T-45, and Joint Primary Aircraft Trainer System (JPATS). HMRTECH provides functional support in: acquisition management; engineering; administrative support; configuration/data management; financial management; logistics; government furnished property; subject matter experts; manufacturing; and operations research support.


HMRTECH provides services provide the Air Force and allied nations with improved operator and system capabilities to sustain mission effectiveness of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) such as Predator/Reapre and Global Hawk. We also provide extensive experience and capabilities to support the development of ASC Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) programs, including U-2, Big Safari, and related Sensors, Data Links and Ground Station Systems, and emerging Space ISR capabilities. Our areas of expertise include, but are not limited to: Program Management, Engineering Support, Logistics Support, Manufacturing Specialist, Financial Management, and Administrative Support.

HMRTECH supports a variety of helicopter programs through comprehensive logistics planning and analysis support on behalf of both U.S. and allied militaries.  HMRTECH has supported helicopter platforms such as the CH-53 Super Stallion, UH-1 Huey, AH-1 Cobra, and HH-1 Iroquois through services including: developing procedures and alternative methods for quantitative and qualitative assessment of maintenance and logistics support system performance during, and after Fleet introduction, initial operations and first deployment; drafting ILS supportability specifications; and performing ILS cost, readiness, maintainability, and supportability assessments through various acquisition phases.

HMRTECH supports a variety of aircraft subsystem programs which in turn ensure aviation platforms achieve air dominance capabilities; examples include support for advanced Command and Control, Communications, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance technologies with services ranging from requirements definition to field maintenance.  HMRTech® has experience in GPS development, integration and supportability requirements for various USAF aircraft, unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), and weapons delivery acquisition programs managed at Aeronautical Systems Center (ASC). Other specific subsystems that HMRTECH® has supported include the following:

  • HMRTECH provides invaluable expertise and support to the Air Force Agile Combat Support (ACS) Directorate. The ACS mission mebraces the connective links to airpower and involves the creation, growth, and support of combat capability, from garrison forces to operations on a bare airfield. Aspects of this mission range from providing base shelters and airfield vehicles to supplying life support equipment to testing and calibrating weapons and maintaining stocks of war materiel around the world. ACS meets a vast range of materiel needs and acquisition requirements across the force.


HMRTECH provided support for propulsion planning, analysis, retrofit, and metrics, component improvement, contract support, engineering, administrative support, acquisition management, configuration/data management, logistics, fleet management and maintenance management of numerous aircraft engines.

  • Large Aircraft Infrared Counter Measures (LAIRCM) – Expertise provided includes working on Integrated Product Teams, analyzing problems, defining alternative solutions, providing recommendations, writing reports, developing process changes, and coordinating programmatic/ functional requirements for procurement of LAIRCM for various aircraft.
  • Common Munitions Built-In Test/Reprogramming Equipment (CMBRE) - Provided technical and management, and financial management expertise to support CMBRE for multi-service and FMS customers.
  • Combat Electronics Division – Provided Expertise to the Precision Attack Systems program office to support the development, production, test, and deployment of Sniper, LITENING, and LANTIRN Advanced Targeting Pod Programs, fiber Optic Towed Decoy (FOTD), Common Munitions BIT Reprogramming Equipment/Common Organizational Level Tester (CMBRE/COLT), Embedded GPS/INS, EW Plans/Roadway, and Military Flight Operations Quality Assurance.
